In an effort to combine two unique breeds, we have bred the Texas Shepherd. The puppies are breathtaking and will make excellent pets/working dogs. Germans shepherds are very intelligent, intelligence in training makes these dogs very easy to work with. Many owners report that the dogs will almost train themselves when it comes to house training and learning specific words and common commands. On dog intelligence tests the GSD tends to rank in the top ten, often in the top three. Texas Heeler is a med-sized vigorous hybrid dogs. It is a mix between Australian Cattle dog and Australian Shepherd dog and as such it is called designer dogs. They can be found in the ranches as cow dogs. As with all hybrid or designer dogs, the Texas Heeler can take after either of the parent or it can have a mix traits from both parents.
